Reservations & Policies
Please fill in the following form in order to send us your reservation request.
You will receive a reply once we examine your request.
- Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount may be charged anytime after your reservation.
- The remaining 70% of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Deposit must be made within two calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be guaranteed.
- 15:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

- Crib/cots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
- We accept cash, credit cards, bank deposits, and Western Union.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to email@example.com
- If reservation is cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- Cancellation requests or modifications received in less than 14 days , the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- 'Non-shows' the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will NOT receive a refund.
- Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
- Daily cleaning is provided for all rooms/studios.
- Linens are changed every three days, and towels every second day, unless you request otherwise.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is striclty prohibited in all of our rooms. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
